More specifically, PCM stresses out:
“This is a tragedy of great proportions. But it is not just the fault of those INM agents or their immediate bosses, or the head of the INM, or the Secretary of the Interior. It is a State crime, which has a direct responsibility. This tragedy was already announced when, in an ominous manner, the Federal Government represented by Ebrard accepted before M. Pompeo the anti-immigrant policy proposed by Trump, consisting of transforming the entire territory of Mexico into a border detention point for anyone who transits trying to reach the USA; extend the northern border to the southern border of Mexico and transform the National Institute of Migration, the National Guard and the Army into auxiliary forces of the Border Patrol, arriving on average at the detention of more than a thousand migrants per day. Such anti-immigrant agreements, which were actually between Trump and Obrador, are now in force as Biden-Obrador agreements, and therein lies the true cause of this crime.
For 4 years, despite the pantomime of anti-imperialism that the President of the Republic vociferates, what is verified in the facts is full common action between the governments of the US and Mexico, with the signing of the T-MEC, with the political alliance -economic against Chinese capital, with Obrador’s commitment to deliver to Biden all the labor that is occupied, all the lithium that is occupied, all the gas and gasoline that is occupied by the imperialist war, and a common anti-immigrant policy , active and daily: physical attacks against migrant caravans, immigration agents kicking women and children, immigration detention centers like concentration camps, which during the pandemic were sources of infection and death, raids, violation of the right of transit that they consecrate individual guarantees in the Constitution.
Mexico became a death camp, a human warehouse, a border station. Biden and Obrador are responsible for this policy and this tragedy. And of others where disappearances and deaths accumulate, and others that are foreseeable to occur.
That hypocritical attitude that the social democracy had today in the Government is the hallmark of his six-year term, first evading responsibility and blaming the victims or inventing conspiracies, then seeking to discharge responsibility on minor officials, similar to the conduct of the Felipe government Calderón in front of the case of the ABC de Sonora nursery.
The Communist Party of Mexico holds accountable the State and the capitalist system from which it emanates. He reiterates his position based on internationalism of total solidarity with migrant workers and fights for a country where working class men and women, regardless of their nationality, have refuge and solidarity and enjoy the same opportunities and rights as all Mexican workers.
We call for protest mobilizations against the Federal Government at the facilities of the National Migration Institute and we welcome other initiatives in this direction from different unions and mass organizations.

La política antiinmigrante Biden-Obrador responsable de la muerte de migrantes
Una muerte cruel han tenido 38 migrantes
en la Estación del Instituto Nacional de Migración en Ciudad Juárez
Chihuahua. Los hermanos migrantes de origen guatemalteco, salvadoreño,
hondureño, venezolano y colombiano murieron calcinados por un incendio,
ante el que los agentes del Instituto Nacional de Migración salieron
huyendo, dejando sin salida y auxilio a los detenidos. Los cerca de 30
heridos que sobrevivieron se debaten entre la vida y la muerte.
Se trata de una tragedia de grandes
proporciones. Pero no es solamente la falla de esos agentes del INM o de
sus jefes inmediatos, o del titular del INM, o del de la Secretaría de
Gobernación. Se trata de un crimen de Estado, que tiene un responsable
directo. Esta tragedia ya fue anunciada cuando de manera ominosa el
Gobierno Federal representado por Ebrard aceptó ante M. Pompeo la
política antiinmigrante propuesta por Trump, consistente en transformar a
todo el territorio de México en punto de detención fronteriza para todo
aquel que transita intentando llegar a los EEUU; correr la frontera
norte hasta la frontera sur de México y transformar al Instituto
Nacional de Migración, la Guardia Nacional y al Ejército en fuerzas
auxiliares de la Border Patrol, llegando en promedio a la detención de
más de mil migrantes por día. Tales acuerdos antiinmigrantes, que en
realidad fueron entre Trump y Obrador, son ahora vigentes como acuerdos
Biden-Obrador, y ahí está la verdadera causa de este crimen.
Durante 4 años, a pesar de la pantomima
del antiimperialismo que vocifera el Presidente de la República, lo que
en los hechos se constata es plena acción común entre los Gobiernos de
EEUU y México, con la firma del T-MEC, con la alianza política-económica
contra los capitales chinos, con el compromiso de Obrador de entregar a
Biden toda la mano de obra que se ocupe, todo el litio que se ocupe,
todo el gas y gasolina que se ocupe por la guerra imperialista, y una
política antiinmigrante común, activa y cotidiana: agresiones físicas
contra las caravanas de migrantes, agentes migratorios pateando a
mujeres y niños, centros de detención migratoria como campos de
concentración, que durante la pandemia fueron focos de infección y
muerte, redadas, violación del derecho de transito que consagran las
garantías individuales en la Constitución.
México se convirtió en un campo de
muerte, en una bodega de humanos, en una estación fronteriza. Biden y
Obrador son responsables de esta política y de esta tragedia. Y de otras
donde se acumulan desapariciones y muertes, y otras es previsible que
ocurran.
Esa hipócrita actitud que tuvo hoy la
socialdemocracia en el Gobierno es el sello de lo que va de su sexenio,
primero evadiendo responsabilidad y culpando a las víctimas o inventando
conspiraciones después buscando descargar la responsabilidad en
funcionarios menores se asemeja a la conducta del gobierno de Felipe
Calderón frente al caso de la guardería ABC de Sonora.
El Partido Comunista de México encuentra
la responsabilidad en el Estado y el sistema capitalista del que emana.
Reitera su posición basada en el internacionalismo de total solidaridad
con los trabajadores migrantes y lucha por un país donde hombres y
mujeres de la clase obrera, sin importar su nacionalidad tengan refugio y
solidaridad y gocen de las mismas oportunidades y derechos que todos
los trabajadores mexicanos.
Llamamos a movilizaciones de protesta
contra el Gobierno Federal en las instalaciones del Instituto Nacional
de Migración y saludamos otras iniciativas en esa dirección de distintos
sindicatos y organizaciones de masas.
