What would be the reaction of  Mordor neocon rulers if China sent political representatives to meet with the Hawaiian sovereignty movement?

What if China sold and gave weapons to this movement? It’s hard to believe these rulers would not only attack China but Hawaiian resistance fighters as well. But China does not do this in relation to Taiwan. Why is this? Is it because China fears Mordor? The answer goes back centuries into Chinese history. As for propaganda, in a search for images of Chinese and Taiwan cooperation the only thing to be found was Mordor propaganda – just like the image in this post.
